Every now and then I run across a game that truly blows my mind, Battlefield Bad Company 2 is NOT one of these games.

Well here we go yet again, almost 2 years after the release of the WoW expansion The Burning Crusade we now have yet another expansion upon us called Wrath of the Lich King. The big question here is, has Blizzard really done innovative things with this expansion, or is it just more of the same old stuff?

After reading about this game for a while now I figured it was finally time to go pick it up and see if it lived up to all the hype I had been hearing about it. For those that don’t know this version of Crysis was built to run on the lower end PC’s. As some of you may know the first Crysis game that came out a while ago now was notorious for bringing high end gaming machines to their knees. It was due to these performance problems with the game that I never went out and bought it since I knew it would have performed like crap on my system here which is not a high end gaming computer. So the question now is does this new game perform well on lower end systems and that’s what I’m about to answer.

 

 

In all the games I have Reviewed to date none of them were more anticipated by me then Frontlines Fuel of War. I kept an eye on this game from its very early stages all the way to its release to the stores and finally I have my own copy to take a look at. The big question though remains was this game worth the multi year wait or not?

Lately I have been looking at what I consider to be the top games in several different categories and none of them to date have really impressed me or made me want to spend any real time in them. This all changed however when I finally had the chance to play Team Fortress 2..

Finally I get around to Reviewing this game... I had started to review this game a while back but in the middle of doing so my ATI 1900GT video card decided to die on me. After the video card died I put this review on the back burner and I'm just getting around to it now. So without further delay here is the review for Company of Heroes..

It's been some time now since I sat down and played a good racing game. The last racing game I played quite a bit was Nascar Racing 2003 from Papyrus. Once I heard about GTR2 coming out I decided to go get the demo and see if it was any good and man was I surprised..

After waiting a while to buy this expansion I figured it was time to finally go out and buy The Burning Crusade. Now that I have had a chance to get a toon from 1 to 70 the question is was it worth it to buy the expansion?

Many many years ago I remember walking into a local store with the only interest being that I get a game that had good multiplayer to it. I was in luck that day because when I asked the guy behind the counter what he had in terms of multiplayer online shooters he come back with two boxes. In one hand he held Counter Strike and in the other he had Unreal Tournament. I asked him of the two what was better and he said he liked them both. So after spending over $100 dollars I walked out of the store with both games.

I have been meaning to do a Review of this steering wheel and pedals for at least 2 years now. Every time I was thinking about doing the Review something else came up and so the steering wheel got put on the back burner.

After spending several months playing around with Battlefield 2142, i decided i would give the new Northern Strike booster pack from EA a shot and see what all it added to the existing battlefield 2142. However before i could see how good Northern Strike was, i had to get it from EA using the EA-Link software and what a trial of patience that was...

After playing Battlefield 2 for quite some time and not being overly impressed with that game , I was really skeptical of any future battlefield type games done by EA. However do to some friends of mine who did purchase battlefield 2142 , and the fact they kept bugging me to get the game I decided I would give EA another chance. Now the big question is has EA turned over a new leaf and finally decided to produce a stunning game? or have they stuck to their old ways and just released yet another bug filled rushed out the door game?

Well after playing this game now for about a month and half and getting a character up to level 54 I figured I would do a update on the game and let people know how the game is doing.

Like in the original Review of this game that I did I still think its a great game, however I have seen a few things with the game that no doubt future paying customers would want to know before they bought the game and decided to pay monthly for it.

Well I have to say I never thought I would be playing another MMORPG after spending nearly a year in EVE. For a while now a friend of mine was bugging me to play WOW and so I decided to at least look at some screen shots and videos of it and after doing so I decided to buy the game. I personally don't like trying MMORPG's because they require loads of time usually doing the same thing over and over to get money or XP and progress is usually very slow after all the game companies have to keep you paying that monthly fee.

I must say after playing Call of Duty 2 I'm quite surprised at how well the game is put together. For me to say that about this game is amazing considering the first call of duty lasted about 1 hour before taking it off my machine and never playing it again. I figured Call of Duty 2 was going to be much like the first game and there for at first I wasn't to interested in playing it. However do to the fact Activision donated the game I figured I at least had to look at it and I'm glad I did..

Age of empires 3 is the latest in the age of empire series. The first two games were a huge success and now the question is, does age of empires 3 live up to what come before it?

For those that haven't played the game before this is a World War 2 first person shooter game. One side are the Americans and the other side are the Germans, witch you can pick to be either side. Your job is to go and capture the flags or defend the flags for your side. You capture more and more flags on the map as you progress through the map till you hold them all. If your team holds the flags for a certain amount of time your team wins the round.

 

I can't figure out how EA stays in business all these years. Battlefield 2 has blown me away with the sloppiness that EA has shown time and time again with this game. I remember reading a while back that for patch 1.3 they would be fixing 140 bugs. What amazes me is the two biggest complaints I had about the game didn't seem to make there repair list. My two issues that annoyed me to no end was the game browser and the fact it was showing full servers when I had the filter on to not show full servers. Also the other problem I bitched about was the update server button and the fact it didn't work. Now can you take a guess at what two things are still not working right?

 

One thing i didn't really want to do when i started this site was go over old games and try and review them. The reason i don't do this is simply because in terms of games i have moved on to often times better games and either can't remember or don't care enough about the old games to want to go over them again for a review.
